The Centre for Jazz Popular Music at the University of KwaZulu-Natal Howard College campus in Durban is hosting a concert featuring Lana Crowster on Wednesday, August 10 at 6 pm.
Lana is a singer, composer, arranger based in Cape Town, whose love for jazz started when she wast 15 years old and joined the Artscape Youth Jazz Big Band. In 2014 she released her debut EP entitled SEASONS independently. Co-produced by Lana and award-winning jazz pianist Bokani Dyer, the album is a blend of inspirations and influences of her musical past.
