The Akousticks perform at the Centre for Jazz

The Akousticks will be performing the first Twosday gig of the year at the Centre for Jazz and Popular Music at the University of KwaZulu-Natal Howard College campus at 6 pm on Tuesday, March 1.

Sebastian Goldswain and Sidney Joseph, two of Durban’s finest home-grown musicians, have combined forces to bring you a new duo project, The Acousticks.

Well-known individually for their virtuosity displayed on guitar and drums, Sebastian and Sidney are infusing covers and original songs with melodic freshness and groove based ingenuity. You won’t want to miss out on the opportunity to see and hear The Acousticks live.

The Centre for Jazz and Popular music (CJPM), is on Level 2, Shepstone Building at UKZN Howard College Campus. Doors open at 5.30pm. Tickets are R60 for general admission, R40 pensioners and R20 for students. Please contact Thuli on 031 2603385 or email for more details.
