FOLLOWING last week’s record breaking attendance at La Casa, during which Gangs of Ballet and Mali Zulu blew the audience away, and numerous well-attended music festivals around the Country, Maritzburg Musician’s Club plans to deliver more top-notch music.
On Tuesday, March 5, The Alley Cats, locally known from the Marshall Music shop, will be showcasing their gifts with a bit of swing, and a bit of bop! Also headed to the MMC are the Durban-based Kickstands, who deliver a tight, enjoyable acoustic sound. Continue reading
Singer-songwriter, Ruby Gill, 20 (pictured), will be performing in her hometown tonight (November 17) when she takes to the stage at the Maritzburg Musicians Club (MMC) at La Casa in Quarry Road, Pietermaritzburg.
