The Barnyard Theatre Productions will be holding auditions for hopeful performers on Thursday, 4 February, at the Gateway venue.
Duck Chowles of The Barnyard Theatre Productions will be auditioning both male and female vocalists, as well as any musicians for future Barnyard productions. We ask that those auditioning are aged between 19 and 35, and are prepared to travel The Barnyard Theatre circuit nationally should it be required.
Performers are requested to be at The Barnyard Theatre at Gateway at 09h30 on the day to register, with the audition process beginning at 10h00. Singers are to prepare two songs, one of which one must be a rock song, and should bring backing tracks. Musicians are to bring their instruments.

SEE the funny side of many a woman’s often fruitless search for Mr Right in the upcoming comedy show, The Jamaican Coloured Girls, to be featured at Sibaya’s iZulu Theatre for the first time in January 2016.
The riotous comedy show – which takes place on Friday, January 29 and Saturday, January 30 at 8 pm – promises to have audiences in stitches as an ensemble of hilariously bold comedians share anecdotes of their searches for what every woman wants but not everyone gets.
The play, written by Jayshree Parasuramen and Sudhir Kuldip, features four Dingalings’ comedians: Koobeshan Naidoo, Henry Ramkisson and Annalakshmi. The show boasts no vulgarity and carries no age restriction so comedy fans of all ages are welcome.
