December 3 is observed internationally as a day that celebrates people with disabilities. Locally the We Can Arts Festival will commemorate and recognise disabled people, showcasing their extra ordinary talents in the fields of arts and business.

The festival will take place over three days between December 3 and 5,  commencing with a business and arts seminar on Thursday, December 3 at the Durban Playhouse from 9 am to 4 pm.
