Local musicians pay tribute to Amy Winehouse at Tina’s Hotel in Kloof


THE Rhumbelow Theatre at Tina’s Hotel, 14 Beryldene Road, Kloof, will be celebrating the music of Amy Winehouse on Saturday, September 2 and Sunday, September 3.

The Music of Amy Winehouse & Best Friends features the talents of vocalist, Kerry Chery and Mark Stewey Gokool, pianist, David Langley, Logan Byrne on bass, drummer, Riley Giandhari, guitarist Nick Pitman and Heather Groove on brass.

Five-time Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter, Amy Winehouse made her debut at the age of 19 when she recorded her debut FRANK. This show celebrates the influence she had over artists including Adele, Colbly Calait and Meghan Trainor.

Showtimes are 8 pm on September 2 and 2 pm and 6.30 pm on eptember 3.

Tickets are R150 (R130 pensioners) at Computicket. Tables seat six.
