Have fun with the Gee Jays – John Didlick, Gary McKenzie and Grant Bell – when they stage their show, Let There Be Love, at the Rhumbelow Theatre at the Allan Wilson Shellhole, 5 Durban Road (Alan Paton Avenue), Pietermaritzburg at 3 pm and 6.30 pm on Sunday, July 10.
In a world of injustice, corruption and hatred, The Gee Jays thought it was time for us all to lighten up a little, and so to this end have compiled a light hearted look at all things we call “Love”. Let There Be Love is a light hearted musical comedy compilation of love songs from all eras and genres.
Expect to hear songs like Hello Young Lovers, Can’t Help Falling In Love, Love Potion No 9, Love Grows, Let Your Love Flow, To Love Somebody, That’s Amore, Love Is In The Air, Let Your Love Flow, Love Is All Around, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, and of course – Let There Be Love.
Tickets R140 (pensioners and block bookings of eight or more R120) at Computicket.
Bring food picnic baskets but no drinks. There is a cash bar.
