JACQUES Moolman (front man of the South African Music Award-winning rock band, Shadowclub) has released the single Love Spell under the name Chambers, his eagerly anticipated new solo project.
Love Spell was written by Jacques and produced by Craig Massiv and Troydon Murison and comes from Chamber’s much anticipated eight track debut Chambers Deluxe EP is set for release on May 20.
Fans who pre-order the EP will get the brand new Love Spell and Love Spell Wes My Meds Remix as instant grats. Chambers Deluxe EP features contributions from the FutureKings (Ross Jack and Alex Parker), Peach Van Pletzen, Craig Massiv and Troydon Murison.
The EP features five original songs from Chambers as well as remixes by Pascal & Pearce, Wes My Meds and Hello Beautiful.
Last year Chambers teased the first taste of what was to come through the release of Morning Love on his VEVO channel. While not an official radio single, the track was a good indicator of the general direction of the project and set in motion the new musical journey for Jacques following his many years of success in the rock scene.
Chamber’s debut single Heaven’s Got No Place (Pascal & Pearce Remix) was added to radio across South Africa and sparked international interest with over a million streams in Filtr Playlists on Spotify – which lead to it being added to radio across Russia, The Netherlands and Poland.

“I absolutely loved working with Craig, Troydon, Ross, Alex and Peach and the collaborative experience taught me a lot in terms of production and has certainly boosted my skill set. All in all, working on this project has been an incredibly exciting journey so far and I look forward to what’s to come,” says Chambers.
