Enjoy a unique new concert series with the Parlotones


The Parlotones

AFTER a successful 2015 which saw The Parlotones complete three successful tours of South Africa as well as a tour of Europe, the band is heading around the country for a series of concerts titled The Parlotones Orchestrated.

It will see the band take their hits to venues across the country together with a chamber ensemble which has been arranged and will be conducted by composer and acclaimed musician, Brendan Jury.

By incorporating the chamber ensemble, The Parlotones hope to display contemporary yet classical versions of their extensive discography whilst still treating fans to everything they have grown to love about the Parlotones in a welcoming and energetic offering.

The Parlotones Orchestrated will take place in six cities across South Africa:


Composer and acclaimed musician, Brendan Jury, creates unique and authentic audio solutions for the advertising, television, film and music industry.

Brendan has also worked with American broadcast/commercial music house, Q Department in New York, (hailed by Boards Magazine as one of the top four commercial/broadcast music houses in the United States), as one of their preferred composers.

Highlights include being the producer for Arno Carstens 4th solo album as well as composing and conducting a 21-piece orchestra to accompany Black Coffee’s live performance, Africa Rising. Brendan also final mixed the Black Coffee Africa Rising Live DVD/CD. Brendan is now a commissioned composer for Lalela Music (American and Cape Town based music library www.lalela.com).
