Festival attendance for the Cape Town Fringe fest saw growth of 8.37% – up year on year from 18 569 in 2014 to 20 124 in 2015. The increase came despite a four day long weekend in its opening days and having some big rugby matches to compete with. Continue reading

MORE than 250 choral singers will be performing in Let The People Sing!, a special festival of popular hymns and inspiration songs, in the Pietermaritzburg City Hall at 7 pm on Thursday, October 22.

The Michaelhouse Chapel Choir, Epworth Prep School and High School choirs and the Howick Choristers will sing individual numbers and combine for massed choral works in this festival of popular hymns and inspirational songs, which aims to bring together communities, audiences and choirs. MTV (DStv channel 130) today announced world renowned superstar Andrea Bocelli will take to the MTV EMAs stage for the first time ever. Bocelli will perform an unforgettable solo track as well as a unique duet with singer-songwriter Tori Kelly that’s sure to go down in EMA history.
