The Hairy Legged Lentil Eaters

CHRISTCHURCH will be hosting a music festival on Saturday, October 10 to raise money for the Bantabami feeding scheme and mission’s benefit.

The line-up of artists, who are performing free of charge for the fundraiser, includes the Hairy Legged Lentil Eaters, Pan Latino, Country Jam (featuring Chris, Tommy, Craig and Bryan Eaton), Undivided Roots (a family of raggae masters), The Bandits (for toe-tapping blue grass country music), Ant Cawthorn-Blazeby (violin) and classical singer Annari.

The music festival will take place at Christchurch, 8 Cross Road in Pelham at 4.30 pm for 5 pm. Tickets cost R100 (R70 for pensioners and under 12s). Tickets will be available at the door. Secure parking is available at the venue.

All proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Christchurch Bantabami feeding scheme and missions. Contact Allan or Nivernie at 033 342 7002/8 for more information.
