IF you haven’t yet booked tickets to see Snoopy! The Musical at the Elizabeth Sneddon Theatre at the University of KwaZulu-Natal then get your skates on now. This fabulous KickStArt Theatre company show enters its final weekend THIS WEEKEND. 

Based on the much-loved, ever-popular Peanuts comic strips the musical runs until August 23. With direction by Steven Stead and Charon Williams-Ros, musical direction by Justin Southey, and design by Greg King, Snoopy!! offers theatre-goers a series of comic strip vignettes featuring the melancholy Charlie Brown (Bryan Hiles), his pet dog, Snoopy (Steven Stead), sister Sally (Katy Moore), and their friends, Lucy (Carol Trench), Linus (Graeme Wicks) and Peppermint Patty (Caitlin Kilburn).

With music by Larry Grossman and Hal Hackady, and a book by Warren Lockhart, Arthur Whitelaw, and Michael Grace, Snoopy!! can be seen today (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday) at 7 pm; tomorrow (Saturday) at 1.30 pm and on Sunday at 1.30 pm.

Tickets are R130-R200 (R110- R180 for children under 12 and pensioners) at Computicket (www.computicket.co.za). Please note the age restriction is PG6. Not recommended for children under six years old.
