Award-winning actress, Brenda Blethyn, returns to ITV Choice in ‘Vera’

Multi-award-winning British actress, Brenda Blethyn, returns as the unorthodox, but brilliant, DCI Vera Stanhope, in the highly-anticipated seventh season of Vera on ITV Choice (DStv channel 123) at 8pm on Wednesday, March 29.

The criminal drama series is based on the novels and characters created by Ann Cleeves and has garnered critical acclaim since it first debuted back in 2011.

New ITV Choice series, ‘Tutankhamun’, tells the story of Howard Carter, the man who found the Egyptian boy king’s tomb


South Africa’s Northern Cape plays a starring role in new ITV Choice series, Tutankhamun, starring Max Irons and Sam Neill. Kerry Howard and Zoe Boyle spill the beans on the new ITV series, ‘Witless’


Witless, the new ITV Choice comedy series that premiered on the DStv channel 123 this week tells the story of flatmates Rhona (Kerry Howard) and Leanne (Zoe Boyle) whose lives are turned upside down after they witness a shocking gangland shooting.

Forced into witness protection, the girls quickly discover that assuming a new identity isn’t that simple. While Leanne jumps at the chance to create an extravagant alter-ego, Rhona is paralysed with fear, telling even the simplest lie.
