BBC and PBS join forces for new television adaptation of ‘Little Women’

THE BBC and Masterpiece on PBS have revealed plans to adapt Louisa May Alcott’s classic novel, Little Women, for the small screen.

Created in partnership with the Golden Globe and Bafta-winning drama producer, Playground, the three-part series from Heidi Thomas, the creator of Call The Midwife, Cranford and Upstairs Downstairs, will be directed by Vanessa Caswill (Thirteen, My Mad Fat Diary). Continue reading
