Thousands of people from all around KwaZulu-Natal will be rocking with 10 of South Africa’s hottest music stars on Sunday, September 6 at BP Durban Day with East Coast Radio.
Chart-toppers and headline-makers including AKA, Khuli Chana, MiCasa, Mafikizolo, Matthew Mole, MonArk, Veranda Panda, Prime Circle, Beatenberg and Thandiswa Mazwai will be wowing music fans of all ages at People’s Park, Moses Mabhida Stadium.
If you’ve already rounded up your friends and family for a fantastic Sunday out to enjoy the best of SA music, here’s what you can and can’t take to People’s Park:
Feel free to bring:
- Your loved ones. Great music and great company – can you think of a better way to round off your weekend? Tickets are at Computicket if you haven’t got yours already.
- Your happy. The vibe will be incredible. You’ll make loads of new friends and will take tons of selfies, so come prepared.
- Your groove. Our red-hot line-up will have you on your feet. So wear comfy shoes.
- A picnic basket. Pack your favourite foods and snacks but no beverages please. Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be on sale at the venue. If you don’t want to pack lunch, snacks and supper, there’ll be a variety of food stalls so you can get something to eat there.
- Deck chairs and blankets. Eat, drink, chillax.
Please leave the following at home: umbrellas, gazebos, any beverages both non-alcoholic and alcoholic (these will be on sale at People’s Park) and any firearms or weapons.
Tickets for BP Durban Day with East Coast Radio are available at Computicket at R180. Free entry to under 3s and R20 for kids between 3 and 12. Gates open at 11.30 am.
